Our Vision
SIU stands on building leadership and giving
young women the power to respect themselves
and others. We promote positive conflict resolution,
behavior and social media etiquette, self-worth,
entrepreneurship, financial literacy, life skills and more.
We join
forces with Hampton City Schools to promote
the importance on education while providing
community service hours to build character.
Among many other things, Sisters in Unity will
enforces sisterhood help young ladies blossom
into our future women and leaders.
Sister's In Unity, Inc. prides ourselves on a strong 9 month curriculum that enforces every day skills and knowledge our
young ladies will need to grow and thrive in today's society.
We give them cultural and memorable experiences and teach
the importance of loving yourself, giving back and making good
choices. We also will be providing summer camp and trade boot camp Summer 2021!

SELF-LOVE
I love myself and the love I have inside helps me to love my sisters for exactly who
they are.
WORTH
I define my worth and it is boundless. My sisters and I are worthy beyond numbers and words.
RESPECT
I respect myself.
I respect my sisters.
I respect my family and community.
UNITY
Sisters display their unity by uniting monthly with other members from different schools for meetings and events.
We believe every young lady can embrace who they are,
can define their future, and can change the world.
All Meetings are held every Friday via ZOOM until further notice.
During meetings, students will be given instruction influential to growth,
self-worth and life lessons.
Monthly outings designed to
create the bonding experience for
the girls and sponsors.
This program is open to
young ladies in 6th-12th grade.
Students must maintain a 2.5 GPA while in school. In addition to the program, students will have a chance to learn and meet new people along with the opportunities of scholarships upon graduation!
Students will participate in
mandatory community service
work set forth by the sponsor. This
is to include field trips to the middle and elementary schools that have accepted the offer of outside help in activities and community projects serviced in the Hampton Roads Area.
